Want to book a private painting class?
🧑🎨What you need to provide:
- Tables
- Chairs
- Adequate space for your guests (this one is important)
- Space and table for instructor
- Refreshments for your guests (at your disgression ofcourse)
🎨What We provide:
- EVERYTHING ELSE 🙌
- All painting supplies
- Table easels
- Canvas
- Aprons per each painter to use
- Paints, Brushes, paper towels, water cups
- Table covers
- Music and mic on bluetooth speaker
- Set up and tear down
You get to choose any painting you wish, and we can even custom paint something for your event. Take home your own masterpiece and enjoy the experience by having a great time with your friends and family for a minimal cost!
One canvas per person. Must be present to paint.
💰 💰For our Mobile Paint Parties:
Minimum of 8 painters weekdays, minimum of 14 on Fridays, minimum 18 on Sat/Sun: (even if less show up) all dates are subject to availability.
0-8 is $40 per person. ($320 minimum/deposit)
- $40 per person thereafter.
- -Minimum applicable eposit due to hold class date.
- Prices for parties held at our studio location will be a smaller fee.
-We create a link for you to purchase the spots online. Choose at least the minimum required spots and check out. You can send the same link to your guests for them to pay for their seats thereafter. *** Once minimum/deposit is paid for a private party, supplies are purchased for us to be prepared. If less show up, full amount is still applicable and no refunds will be given.
🎨 If hosting the paint party at a public location, some minimums are different (ie: San Marcos Grill: 14 painters, Bella Vita Bistro: 12 painters) any food/beverages are an additional cost purchased through the restaurant aside from the cost of painting per person. (You may not bring alcohol or food to a party booked at a restaurant or pub)
No exchanges/rebooking on class seats if cancelled within 48 hours of class.
⏳You must allow access and time without painters present for the instructor to set up for the class atleast an hour prior to commencement and clean up time after class is finished.
🚗 Travel fee $0 if within 15 miles of local South Reno or Carson area. $45 fee if outside of that- (Yes we will travel further for appropriate costs)
🎨Most private classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours typically. If booking a party with other activities during painting time, an fee of $100 will apply.
